The Facilitator (Mr. Perri) works with the Process Committee to determine the processes for the sessions and subsequent activities, and led the sessions.

The Process Committee, consisting of the three pastors and two other staff members from each of the three parishes, works with the facilitator to determine the best processes to use at each stage of the project. The committee has no content role.

It is the Parishioners of the Midland parishes, as participants in the Fall Sessions, in subsequent meetings, and as members of task forces, who determine all content issues and recommend specific proposals for consideration.
